大学生時にうつ病、20代半ばで双極性障害II型と診断を受けて10年以上になります。現在は寛解(by主治医)。9年前に障害者雇用フルタイム一般事務職で入社。5年前に正社員登用。手帳3級。人生で一番大切にしてることは「双極の波を上下しつつも楽しみを持って日々生きること」。
