うつ病になって、８年、躁転して４年になります。４年前の５月から、診断名が、双極性障害Ⅱ型（混合状態）といわれました。何度も休職と復職を繰り返してきました。今は、寛解に近いといわれ、目標の復職1年達成しました。次は、寛解を目指しています。私と同じ病気で苦しんでいる人と悩みや思いを交流できればいいなと思っています。
